No!! We do not ship outside india but you can purchase from outside India if you want the delivery in India.

8) What do I do if I want to pay by a different method?

We provide 7 payment methods for our customer but if your payment method is not there in the list then you can contact our customer support team or you can also email us describing your problem and the payment method you want to choose. 

 

9) How do I know if my order has been accepted?

As soon as your order is accepted you will get a confirmation email for the same.

 

10) How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?

All orders received will be shipped on the next business day and will be delivered at your door step in 3  to 7 business days, depends upon the distance & stock availability. You will receive an email, no longer than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date.
 Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date, courier name, docket number and the shipping method.

 

11) How do I keep track of my order?

You may track your order through docket number by visiting courier site which we will provide you on the next business day of your order. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but kindly check on the courier website first.

 

12) What if one of the items I have ordered is out of stock?

In such case you will get a request of time extension via email & if you deny the request then you will be refunded with the full payment.

Yes, you can order offline but to do that you have to contact our customer support team.

 

16) I want to avoid shipping charges as I live nearby your office?

In order to avoid shipping charges you can visit our office & pick up your product, but before that you may contact our customer support team and they will guide you through the whole process, Not aplicable on Free shipping category products.

 

17) What information does gadgetsdukaan collect from you?

In order to provide you with exclusive products, gadgetsdukaan collects information about the visitors name and billing address so that you don’t have to sign up again and again for future deals. With this information we get to know your shipping address and we can contact you for any unavailability in color/stock.

19) What is GadgetsDukaan warranty? And how does it work?

Gadgetsdukaan imports some of the products like LED, LCD, Plasma, Home Theater, Laptops etc, in these particular products the warranty is not valid in India as it is imported from other country and the warranty is limited to the products origin country, so GadgetsDukaan gives their own warranty on all imported products, if the products are imported, it will be mention on the products description itself and if it is not an imported product then there will be nothing mention as such, GadgetsDukaan have tie-ups with the vendors in almost all the cities in India, when the buyer claim for a warranty,  gadgetsdukaan contact  the vendor from the buyer ‘s city and ask the vendor  to visit the buyer’s place and get the product fixed, buyer do not have to pay anything to the vendor, GadgetsDukaan pays for it.

 

20)  Does the imported products come Box packed?

Some of our imported products from China, Malaysia, Bangkok, Dubai, US, UK etc comes in a open box, as we do not get any warranty on it, we check the product first before buying it from the importer and then we sell it to our customer under seller warranty.
