Warranty

Default Warranty Period 1 Month.

As the company warranty is limited to the products origin country, hence we provide our own seller warranty.

Onsite pickup warranty is our simplest warranty solution, if anything goes wrong within 7 days of your purchase, we will replace your product as per our return policy. Post 7days you will be entitled to part replacement/repair warranty for the selected warranty period from the date of purchase. And software related issue is solved via remote access. To avail warranty, you just need to contact us with your invoice no. and we will get the product picked up from your place in 24-48 working hours, as soon as we receive the product, our technician will check and fix the issue. We then observe the working condition of the product atleast for 24 working hours and be rest assured from our side before it is sent back to you. Our warranty pickup and drop will be free of charge.

Note: Warranty will not be covered if there is any physical damage, water spillage, and electrical surge.

There is a warranty sticker behind this product, which needs to be secured to avail the warranty. The warranty will be void if the warranty sticker is removed or tempered.
